Privacy

JobApply Studio keeps contact details, employment and education facts, CV versions, saved jobs and application notes in an encrypted vault protected by your passphrase. Back up the vault and keep your passphrase; WD DIGI cannot recover it. PDF/DOCX/text exports are ordinary unencrypted documents. Jobicy and Himalayas receive feed/search requests only after optional permission is granted; JobStreet and other portal links open their own sites. Optional OpenRouter, Gemini, OpenAI or Groq requests send the facts, job text and instructions you preview to the selected provider using your own key. Provider policies apply. API keys are kept with vault data, excluded from normal exports, and can be removed in settings. Optional Chrome AI runs on supported devices without an external provider key; checking availability and downloading a model require your action. Local text generation starts with English. There is no automatic switch from local AI to cloud. No CV, passphrase or provider key is sent to WD DIGI billing.

Billing processes product/payment identifiers, encrypted purchase email, keyed email fingerprints, hashed license/session references and a random profile identifier. Lemon Squeezy or DOKU handles payment details; Resend delivers transactional verification/license email when configured. The shared billing service does not receive research text, screenshots, CVs, prompts or posting queues. It does not receive card numbers or bank passwords.

License credentials are excluded from product exports and backups. Export your product data and deactivate access before uninstalling when possible. Exported files remain on your computer. Contact support@wddigi.com to request deletion or ask about payment records; records required for accounting or legal obligations may be retained.

Our use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising or lending decisions, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. External platforms/providers receive only data needed for the feature you choose, as described above.
